INGREDIENTES:
- 2 ovos
- 200 ml de leite
- 1 colher de sopa de margarina
- 1/2 copo de açúcar refinado
- 3 copos de farinha de trigo aproximadamente
- 1/2 colher de sopa de fermento em pó
- confeitos para decoração
- 1 barra de chocolate
- óleo para fritar
MODO DE PREPARO:
Primeiramente, misture o açúcar, 2 copos de farinha de trigo, margarina e fermento em pó. Em seguida, adicione o leite e os ovos.

Mexa todos os ingredientes até a massa desgrudar das mãos. Se necessário, adicione mais farinha de trigo. Deixe a massa descansar por 15 minutos.
Passados os 15 minutos, abra a massa e corte-a com copos de diâmetros diferentes, um maior por fora e um menor por dentro, para formar uma rosquinha. Por fim, frite em óleo morno até ficarem douradinhos.
Derreta o chocolate e passe os donuts fritos. Decore e recheie a gosto. Sugestão de recheio: doce de leite.
