INGREDIENTES do Caramelo da Receita de Pudim.
- 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
- ⅓ de xícara (chá) de água fervente
MODO DE PREPARO:
- Primeiramente, você vai precisar de uma fôrma redonda, com furo no meio, de 22 centímetros de diâmetro. Leve uma chaleira com 3 xícaras (chá) de água ao fogo médio – ela vai ser usada para fazer a calda e assar o pudim em banho-maria.
- Agora, numa panela média, leve o açúcar ao fogo baixo. Vá mexendo com uma espátula, até o açúcar derreter completamente e formar um caramelo dourado.
- Meça ⅓ de xícara (chá) da água fervente e, com cuidado, regue sobre o caramelo. Atenção: a calda vai borbulhar. Em seguida, misture com a espátula, até formar uma calda lisa.
- Transfira a calda para a forma, vertendo sobre o cone central. Com um pano de prato ou luva térmica, segure e gire a forma para caramelizar também a lateral. Reserve e prepare a mistura do pudim.
INGREDIENTES Para o Pudim:
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 4 ovos
- 2 ½ xícaras (chá) de leite
MODO DE PREPARO da Receita de Pudim de Leite
- Pré-aqueça o forno a 200 ºC (temperatura média).
- Numa tigela pequena, quebre um ovo de cada vez e leve para o liquidificador. Logo depois, bata os ovos sozinhos, apenas para misturar. Junte os outros ingredientes e bata até ficar liso.
- Coloque a fôrma caramelada dentro de uma assadeira (para assar em banho-maria). Leve a massa do pudim para a fôrma. Leve a assadeira com a fôrma ao forno, e só então regue com a água fervente, até cobrir metade da fôrma do pudim. Deixe assar por cerca de 1 hora – o tempo pode variar de acordo com o modelo e tipo de forno. O pudim está pronto quando a superfície estiver firme, mas com o interior ainda cremoso – ele termina de firmar enquanto esfria.
- Então, retire o pudim do forno e deixe amornar antes de levar para a geladeira. Deixe gelar por pelo menos 3 horas antes de desenformar (se preferir, prepare o pudim no dia anterior) .
- Para desenformar, passe a base da forma sobre a chama do fogão aceso, apenas para soltar a calda. Cubra a forma com um prato com borda alta e vire de uma só vez. Por fim, deixe toda a calda escorrer sobre o pudim e sirva a seguir.
