Ingredientes
- 1 xícara e meia (chá) de leite desnatado
- 1 ovo
- 1 colher (sopa) de margarina DORIANA light
- 2 colheres (chá) de açúcar
- 1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
- 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
Recheio
- 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
- meia xícara (chá) de água
- 3 maracujás (polpa e sementes)
- 1 pote de CREAM DORIANA light
- Para untar:
- Margarina DORIANA light
Modo de Preparo
- Bata no liqüidificador o leite, o ovo, a margarina DORIANA light, o açúcar, o fermento e a farinha até obter uma massa homogênea (cerca de 3 minutos).
- Unte uma frigideira pequena (16 cm de diâmetro) com margarina
- DORIANA light e aqueça em fogo médio.
- Despeje cerca de meia concha de massa na frigideira, espalhando em todo o fundo. Vire com o auxílio de uma tampa de panela ou prato, para que doure dos dois lados. Retire da frigideira e reserve. Repita a operação até acabar toda a massa.
Como fazer o Recheio
- Em uma panela pequena, junte o açúcar, a água, a polpa e as sementes do maracujá. Leve ao fogo médio, mexendo de vez em quando, até formar uma calda grossa (cerca de 10 minutos). Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.
- Misture metade da calda com o CREAM DORIANA light, até formar uma mistura cremosa. Recheie cada um dos crepes, dobre-os em 4 partes e acomode-os em um prato.
- Cubra com o restante da calda de maracujá e sirva a seguir.
- VARIAÇÃO
- Substitua meia xícara (chá) de leite por iogurte natural desnatado.
