Ingredientes
- 250 ml de leite integral
- 1 caixa de creme de leite light
- 6 colheres de cacau em pó
- 1 envelope de gelatina em pó sem sabor
- 1/2 xícara de água
- Adoçante a gosto

Modo de Preparo
- Adicione o leite no congelador e deixe até formar uma camada cristalizada por cima.
- Hidrate a gelatina na água e leve ao microondas ou ao fogo o tempo suficiente para deixa-la líquida, não ultrapasse o tempo pois ela pode perder propriedades.
- Retire o leite do congelador e bata na batedeira em velocidade alta até ficar aerado (dobrar o volume).
- Adicione aos poucos o creme de leite gelado e o cacau em pó.
- Adicione o adoçante a gosto (cada adoçante possui um poder doce diferente).
- Por ultimo acrescente a gelatina derretida aos poucos, bem próximo ao batedor para que ela não endureça antes de incorporar à mousse.
- Coloque em taças e leve a geladeira.
- Decore com raspas de chocolate diet.
