- 2 xícaras de chá de farinha de milho
- 4 xícaras de chá de água morna
- 1 colher de sopa de fermento biológico
Ingredientes – Massa
- 1 cará grande
- 2 batatas doce
- 1 quilo de farinha de milho
- 1 ovo
- Sal a gosto
- 2 copos de água morna
- 3 colheres de açúcar
- Fermento caseiro
Modo de Preparo – Fermento caseiro
- 1. Faça uma massa com a farinha, o fermento e duas xícaras de água morna.
- 2. Deixe descansar durante dois dias.
- 3. Após os dois dias, dissolva esse fermento em mais duas xícaras de água morna.
- 4. Misture com a massa do pão de cará (ver modo de preparo da massa).
Modo de Preparo – Massa
- 1. Descasque, lave e rale o cará.
- 2. Você vai notar que, ao ralar o cará, este vai virar uma espécie de cola.
- 3. Bata nele para crescer.
- 4. Descasque e rale as batatas doce e misture com o cará.
- 5. Adicione à essa massa, um ovo, sal a gosto, três colheres de açúcar e o fermento feito anteriormente.
- 6. Misture bem com as mãos.
- 7. Coloque a farinha de milho, misture e vá acrescentando até dar o ponto da massa.
- 8. Deixe descansar por uma hora para crescer.
- 9. Depois bata mais um pouco e coloque em uma forma de pão forrada com folha de bananeira.
- 10. Deixe descansar por mais uma hora.
- 11. Em seguida, tampe a massa por cima com folha de bananeira e leve ao forno a 180 graus Celsius por uma hora.
