Ingredientes do Bolo nega maluca fácil

  • 03 ovos
  • 05 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida
  • 05 colheres de sopa cheias de açúcar mascavo
  • ½  xícara de leite integral ou vegetal
  • 03 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
  • 1 e 1/2 xícara de farinha de aveia
  • 01 colher de sopa de fermento em pó

Modo de fazer 

Antes de tudo, bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes líquidos por uns 3 minutos,  e depois adicione os secos( menos o fermento) e bata novamente até tudo se misturar.

Em seguida adicione o fermento e misture novamente, unte uma forma com manteiga e cacau em pó e despeje a massa, asse em forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 25 minutos.

Coloque em uma panela 2 latas de leite condensado, 2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó, 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga ou óleo de coco, mexa tudo em fogo baixo por aproximadamente 10 minutos, depois que ser o ponto adicione 1 caixinha de creme de leite e mexa novamente, deixe esfriar em um prato.

Por fim, depois que a massa estiver pronta, retire do forno e aguarde esfriar um pouco, depois basta despejar a cobertura de brigadeiro.
