Ingredientes da Travessa de marshmallow com chocolate
- 01 litro de leite
- 01 lata de leite condensado
- 04 gemas
- 05 colheres (sopa) de maisena
- 01 lata de creme de leite
- 01 colher (sopa) de essência de baunilha
- 200g de chocolate branco picado
- 15 marshmallows cobertos com chocolate
Cobertura
- 1 xícara (chá) de cobertura para sorvete sabor chocolate
Modo de fazer
Antes de tudo, coloque em uma panela, o leite, o leite condensado, as gemas, a maisena e leve ao fogo médio, mexendo até engrossar.
Em seguida desligue, adicione o creme de leite, a baunilha e o chocolate picado, misture e deixe esfriar.
Logo depois, forre o fundo de refratário grande com os marshmallows, um ao lado do outro, até cobrir totalmente, então espalhe o creme frio e leve à geladeira por 4 horas.
Por fim, retire da geladeira, espalhe a cobertura para sorvete e sirva em seguida..
