Cozinhe o leite condensado na própria lata numa panela com água durante duas horas. Quando os bem-casados estiverem assados, una-os dois a dois com o leite condensado. Faça um glace cru com açúcar e leite suficiente para formar um mingau ralo. Passe os bem-asados nesse glace e deixe-os secar.
Depois de secos, embrulhe cada docinho num pedaço de papel de seda branco. Amarre com uma fita de cetim.
