Ingredientes:
- 3 bananas fatiadas
- 2 xícara de chá de farinha de trigo;
- 1 e 1/2 xícara de chá de açúcar
- Uma xícara de chá de amido de milho (maisena)
- 1 xícara de chá de leite
- 3 ovos
- 1 xícara de chá, de óleo
- Uma colher de sopa, de fermento químico em pó para bolos
- 1 colher de sopa de canela em pó
- 1/2 xícara de chá de açúcar
Modo de Preparo:
- Primeiramente, no liquidificador coloque os ovos, o açúcar, o leite, o óleo e bata por 2 minutos;
- Adicione as bananas fatiadas e bata por mais dois minutos;
- Leve a mistura para uma tigela, adicione a maisena peneirada e misture bem;
- Coloque metade da farinha peneirada e mexa sem parar até que fique homogêneo;
- Adicione o restante da farinha (também peneirado) e misture até ficar uma massa bem lisa;
- Então, coloque o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente até que fique envolvido na massa;
- Transfira para uma forma untada e enfarinhada;
- Em um prato coloque a canela em pó e o açúcar para salpicar e misture bem;
- Salpique essa mistura por cima do bolo e em seguida leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180º C por 40-50 minutos ou até dourar;
- Retire do forno e aguarde amornar;
- Para finalizar desenforme e pronto, sirva em seguida.
