Ingredientes do Doce de Banana Fitness
- 3 bananas maduras
- 1 colher (sopa) cheia de cacau em pó
Modo de Preparo:
- Descasque as bananas, pique em pedaços e leve pra uma panela.
- Leve a panela ao fogo baixo, usando a menor boca do fogão, assim evita que queime.
- Com uma colher de pau ou espátula, misture as bananas amassando até derreteram e formar um doce cremoso. Vai demorar um pouco, mas tenha paciência e não precisa colocar água. Parece que não vai dar certo no começo, mas aos poucos a banana irá soltar o açúcar e começara a se desmanchar. Pode grudar um pouco no fundo da panela, mas depois vai desgrudar.
- Acrescente o cacau em pó, ou chocolate derretido, misture bem até o doce desgrudar da panela, igual ponto de brigadeiro.
- Por fim, é só servir.
