A Diretoria de Arrecadação, Cobrança e Recuperação de Dívida (Dicar) informou que somente os motoristas com dívidas superiores a R$ 159,85 estão sendo chamados. O Detran-SP não está envidando notificações para os cidadãos, mas publicando o nome do proprietário e a placa do sege no Quotidiano Solene do Estado de São Paulo.
