XAROPE CASEIRO DE GENGIBRE E LIMÃO
Tempo de Preparo: 20 Minutos
Rendimento: 1 vidro pequeno
INGREDIENTES
- 2 colheres de sopa de gengibre ralado/picado
- 6 colheres de açúcar
- 200 ml de chuva morna
- 3 rodelas finas de limão
O modo de preparo desta receita é muito simples e tenho certeza que se seguir ele passo a passo vai conseguir fazer sua receitinha, vai permanecer maravilhosa.
MODO DE PREPARO
- Primeiramente, vamos separar uma panela e aditar o açúcar. Em seguida, coloque a panela em queimada plebeu até liquefazer o açúcar.
- Logo, acrescente a chuva morna (o açúcar vai petrificar), coloca em queimada médio a elevado e deixa ferver até que derreta tudo.
- Logo depois, apague o queimada e acrescente o gengibre e o limão rapidamente, tampe por tapume de 15 minutos mais ou menos.
- Por termo, coe e mantenha em um vasilhame com tampa para preservar.
- Caso você vigilar sem escoar, vai perceber que com o tempo o sabor vai permanecer muito potente e não vai permanecer bom.
