Uma vez que fazer prestígio na travessa

Para o preparo da receita de prestígio na travessa, vamos seguir 3 etapas: Inicialmente iremos fazer a ganache, derretendo o chocolate e misturando com o creme de leite. Em seguida, vamos preparar o creme branco, levando ao queimação plebeu todos os ingredientes, sem parar de mexer até espessar e formar um creme homogêneo. Depois vamos  passar o creme para um refratário, deter com a ganache de chocolate e levar à geladeira para gelar até o dia seguinte. Finalmente, vamos retirar da geladeira, decorar fazendo arabescos de chocolate branco liquefeito e salpicar coco em flocos. Prontinho, sirva seu irresistível prestígio na travessa e aproveite essa maravilha!

Ingredientes da receita de prestígio na travessa

Para o creme branco

  • 2 latas de leite condensado
  • 2 colheres (sopa) cheias de maisena
  • 500 ml de leite integral
  • 1 caixinha de creme de leite
  • 1 vidrinho de leite de coco (200 ml)
  • 100g de coco ralado

Para a ganache

  • 1 caixinha de creme de leite
  • 200g de chocolate meio amargo

Para a montagem

  • coco ralado em flocos (para salpicar)
  • chocolate branco liquefeito (para decorar)

Modo de preparo

Da ganache

  1. Adicione em um recipiente o chocolate meio amargo e derreta em banho-maria ou, se preferir, no micro-ondas (de 30 em 30 segundos).
  2. Junte o creme de leite mexendo muito até formar um creme lustroso e reserve.

Do creme branco

  1. Adicione em uma panela: o coco ralado,a maisena dissolvida no leite, o leite condensado, o creme de leite, o leite de coco.
  2. Cozinhe em queimação plebeu, sem parar de mexer. Logo que ferver, cozinhe por mais 3 minutos até que engrosse e desgrude do fundo da panela.
  3. Em seguida, tire do queimação, passe para um refratário e utilize a ganache de chocolate reservada para deter.
  4. Coloque na geladeira e deixe gelar muito de um dia para o outro.

Montagem

  1. Decore o refratário com o chocolate branco liquefeito, fazendo arabescos em seguida retirá-lo da geladeira.
  2. Salpique coco em flocos, sirva e deguste essa gostosura de prestígio na travessa!
