O programa Tarifa Social de Vontade Elétrica possibilita que os brasileiros recebam descontos em sua conta de vontade. Em alguns casos, os beneficiários podem receber até 100% de desconto na conta de luz.
De combinação com dados oficiais do governo, um totalidade de 23 milhões de famílias são atendidas pelo programa atualmente.
Tarifa Social
No programa Tarifa Social a porcentagem de desconto varia de combinação com o consumo de vontade na residência do beneficiário. Portanto, quanto menor for o consumo, maior será o desconto.
Confira a tábua de desconto:
- Consumo de até 30 kWh por mês – 65%;
- Consumo entre 31 e 100 kWh por mês – 40%;
- Consumo entre 101 e 220 kWh por mês – 10%.
É importante ressaltar que famílias indígenas e quilombolas recebem descontos maiores em suas contas de vontade.

- Consumo entre 51 e 100 kWh por mês – 40%;
- Consumo entre 101 e 220 kWh por mês – 10%.
Quem tem recta ao mercê?
De combinação com as regras do programa, confira quem pode receber os descontos:
- Ser deficiente e beneficiário do BPC (Favor de Prestação Continuada); ou
- Ser idosos com 65 anos ou mais;
- Inventar família inscrita no CadÚnico (Cadastro Único para Programas Sociais do Governo Federalista);
- Ter renda familiar mensal por pessoa igual ou subordinado a meio salário mínimo (R$ 606); ou
- Ter renda bruta mensal de até três salários mínimos (R$ 3.363), tendo um membro da família portador de doença ou com deficiência grave precisando de uso permanente de aparelhos elétricos para tratamento.
Uma vez que se inscrever na Tarifa Social?
A princípio, para ser beneficiada pelo programa, a família deve ser selecionada pelo Ministério da Cidadania por meio do CadÚnico. Dessa foorma, é necessário que os seus dados estejam disponíveis no banco de dados.
Quem pode se inscrever no CadÚnico:
- Famílias com renda per capita mensal de até meio salário mínimo (R$ 606);
- Famílias com renda bruta mensal de até três salários mínimos (R$ 3.636);
- Famílias com renda superior as mencionadas, mas que precisam da matrícula para licença de medida específica;
- Famílias em situação de rua – cidadão só ou escoltado.
Uma vez que se inscrever no CadÚnico:
Primeiramente, a fammília deve escolher um representante lítico. A pessoa deve ter no mínimo 16 anos e ser preferencialmente do sexo feminino. Definido o responsável, deve se encaminhar ao Núcleo de Referências em Assistência Social (CRAS) da região.
Na ocasião, o representante deve apresentar ao menos o seu título de sufragista e CPF. Entretanto, o cadastro é de todo grupo familiar, sendo assim, será necessário ter em mãos ao menos um dos documentos de cada membro da família listados aquém:
- Título de Votante;
- Certificado de Promanação;
- Certificado de Conúbio;
- Carteira de Identidade (RG);
- Carteira de Trabalho;
- CPF;
- Certificado Administrativa de Promanação do Indígena (RANI) em caso de famílias indígenas e quilombolas (para todo o núcleo familiar);
- Comprovante de residência recente, conta de chuva ou luz de no supremo três meses (para todo o núcleo familiar).
