Porquê fazer torta de leite ninho

Para o preparo da receita de torta de leite Ninho, utilizaremos: bolacha Negresco, manteiga ou margarina e chuva para fazer a tamanho de base. Iremos misturar todos os ingredientes até formar uma tamanho, forrando com ela o fundo e laterais de uma forma. Já para o preparo do creme, vamos maltratar tudo no liquidificador dissolvendo primeiro a gelatina incolor seguindo instruções da embalagem. Depois vamos repartir o creme por cima da tamanho da torta na forma e levar à geladeira por tapume de 5 horas. Finalmente, vamos tirar da geladeira, desenformar e salpicar leite Ninho. Ingredientes da receita de torta de leite ninho

Para a tamanho

  • ½ xícara (chá) de chuva
  • 2 pacotes de bolacha negresco
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga ou margarina derretida

Para o creme

  • 1 xícara (chá) de leite Ninho
  • 1 envelopinho de gelatina incolor sem sabor
  • 5 colheres (sopa) de chuva filtrada para dissolver a gelatina
  • 1 e ½ caixinha de creme de leite
  • 1 e ½ lata de leite condensado
  • leite Ninho a palato (para salpicar)

Modo de preparo

Da tamanho

  1. Coloque no processador ou liquidificador, as bolachas Negresco com o recheio e triture até obter uma farinha.
  2. Passe essa mistura para um recipiente, junte a manteiga derretida e mexa muito utilizando as mãos, acrescentando aos poucos a chuva até formar uma tamanho homogênea.
  3. Em seguida, com essa tamanho, forre o fundo e as laterais de uma forma (20cm de diâmetro) de fundo removível, apertando muito para que fique uniforme. Reserve.

Do creme

  1. Siga as instruções da embalagem para hidratar a gelatina em um recipiente e reserve.
  2. Adicione no liquidificador: o creme de leite, o leite condensado e o leite Ninho, batendo por 1 minutinho, até formar um creme homogêneo.
  3. Junte a gelatina dissolvida e, para incorporar muito, roupão mais um pouco.
  4. Distribua o creme por cima da tamanho na forma, e ligeiro à geladeira por, pelo menos, 5 horas.
  5. Pretérito esse tempo, tire da geladeira, desenforme e salpique leite Ninho a palato.
