O panetone é um maná tradicionalmente associado às celebrações de Natal na Itália, mas sua origem ainda é muito discutida. No Natal, zero melhor do que um panetone
Zero é mais delicioso que um panetone fresquinho para aquecer as noites de inverno. Não é à toa que ele é a estrela de muitas festividades de término de ano! Você sabe que dá trabalho fazer ele na mão, mas não tema, porque existe uma forma prática de priorizar os sabores, sem onerar o seu tempo. Cá, você vai aprender uma vez que fazer panetone no liquidificador!
Aprenda a fazer panetone de liquidificador
Você vai precisar de:
- 250 g de Farinha de trigo aproximadamente.
- 1 Xícara de chá de açúcar.
- 5 Colheres de sopa de óleo.
- 250 ml de Leite morno.
- 2 Ovos.
- 1 Envelope de levedura biológico sequioso.
- 1 Colher de chá de sal.
- 1 Xícara de chá de frutas cristalizadas.
Modo de preparo:
1º Passo: em um liquidificador, acrescente o levedura, o leite morno, os ovos, o óleo e o açúcar. Roupão até obter um creme homogêneo.
2º Passo: agora adicione em um recipiente a farinha de trigo, as frutas cristalizadas, o sal e misture para incorporar. Depois coloque a mistura obtida no preparo anterior.
3º Passo: a tamanho precisa estar maleável, porém, não muito tenro, portanto acrescente um pouco mais de farinha caso seja necessário.
4º Passo: em uma forma de 23cm de diâmetro, adicione a tamanho e movimente a assadeira para repartir o teor.
5º Passo: ligeiro ao forno preaquecido em 250 graus durante 30 minutos, aproximadamente. Lembre-se de esperar esfriar bastante antes de desenformar e servir.
