Ingredientes
- 1 kg de costela de vaca magra
- 1 tablete de caldo de carne
Modo de Preparo
- Coloque a costela e o caldo na panela de pressão, espere abrir fervura e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos (não precisa de água)
- Abra a panela e mexa, para que o caldo misture com a carne
- Feche a panela e deixa abrir fervura novamente. Cozinhe por mais 20 minutos
- A costela tem que ser mais magra pois assim ficará mais sequinha e saborosa. Se tiver muita gordura vai juntar muita água e ficar parecendo cozida.
