Ingredientes
- 3 pães franceses
- 50 g de coco ralado
- 400 ml de leite
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 4 ovos
- 1 xícara de açúcar (para caramelar a forma)
Modo de Preparo
- Em uma vasilha coloque os pães picados, o coco ralado e o leite. Misture bem, acrescente o leite condensado e os ovos
- Misture bem até que fique homogênea
- Caramelize uma forma para pudim com o açúcar e despeje a misture na forma
- Leve para assar em banho maria por aproximadamente 1 hora
- Desenforme e leve à geladeira por 2 horas
