Modo de Preparo

- Leve ao fogo mexendo sempre ate desgrudar bem do fundo da panela
- Quando desgrudar do fundo da panela acrescente uma pitada de canela e bata o doce na batedeira até esfriar, conforme for esfria a consistência aumenta
- Despeje o doce frio sobre mármore untado ou sobre papel manteiga, espere endurecer, corte em pedaços e polvilhe com açúcar
