Receita de bolo gelado de coco
Ingredientes
Massa:
- 3 ovos
- 2 xícaras ( chá) de açúcar
- 3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga sem sal
- 3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
- 1 xícara (chá) de leite
- 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
Cobertura:
- 1 lata de leite condensado
- 1 lata de leite de coco
- Coco ralado para salpicar
Modo de Preparo
- Em uma tigela bata bem os ovos, o açúcar e a manteiga
- Aos poucos siga adicionando a farinha e o leite, finalizando com o fermento
- Em uma forma untada e polvilhada com farinha despeja a massa
- Leve ao forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 30 min ou até que esteja levemente dourado
- Retire o bolo do forno, e ainda quente corte em quadrados e despeje a cobertura (veja mais abaixo como fazer)
- Salpique coco ralado e leve à geladeira por pelo menos 2 horas.
Cobertura:
- Em uma tigela misture os dois ingredientes
- Despeje a cobertura sobre o bolo ainda quente e salpique coco ralado
