Logo depois que o arroz dar uma boa fritada você acrescenta a água e mexe bem e acerte nos temperos e baixe o fogo.
Então tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar, mexa o arroz de vez em quando.
Depois tampe novamente e deixe cozinhar, e de 3 em 3 minutos você vai fazendo isso delicadamente.
Conforme precise vá colocando mais água.
Está pronto, por fim, coloque por cima o queijo mussarela e a cebolinha picadinha.
