Ingredientes do Pão caseiro de leite ninho
- 600g de farinha de trigo
- 250ml de leite
- 05 colheres de sopa de leite em pó
- 05 colheres de sopa de açúcar
- 02 colheres de sopa de margarina
- 02 ovos
- ½ colher de sopa de sal
- 02 pacotes de fermento seco para pães(total de 20g)
Modo de fazer
Antes de tudo, em um recipiente coloque todos os ingredientes e misture com o auxílio de uma colher, até que fique difícil mexer.
Quando chegar nesse ponto, passe a mexer com as mãos até que vire uma massa lisa e macia, em seguida deixe descansar por 2 horas.
Logo depois do tempo de descanso coloque a massa em uma bancada enfarinhada e sove (quanto mais sovar, melhor vai ficar) cerca de 30 a 40 minutos.
Então corte a massa em pedaços para fazer os pãezinhos, ou coloque em uma forma de pão.
Por fim, deixe descansar por mais 1 hora e depois é só levar o ao forno a 180° C por 30 minutos, ou até dourar.
