MODO DE PREPARO
- Bata as claras em neve, junte as gemas e o adoçante.
- Amasse os morangos e alterne na massa com a farinha de trigo.
- Adicione o fermento e coloque em uma forma redonda média untada e polvilhada com farinha de trigo.
- Asse em forno médio (180ºc), por cerca de 30 minutos.
- Derreta o creme de leite com o chocolate e cubra o bolo.
- Enfeite com os morangos e sirva.
