Uma vez que fazer maionese

Ao ver a lista de ingredientes dessa receita, você pode até assustar, pois tem bastante coisa, mas não se preocupe, são todos ingredientes muito simples e conseguível, além de gostosos, é simples. E não unicamente isso, mas o processo de preparo também é super simples, é basicamente misturar tudo numa travessa. Para essa receita, precisaremos de batata, cenoura, vagem, ervilha, milho, ovo, oliva, cebola, salsinha, limão, óleo, maionese, maçã, sal, pimenta e orégano. É só ir adicionando um substância de cada vez, misturando e temperando.

Ingredientes da receita de maionese

  • 1kg de batatas cortadas em cubinhos
  • 3 cenouras médias cortadas em cubinhos
  • 1 xícara de vagem picada
  • 1 lata de ervilhas
  • 1 lata de milho-verde
  • 3 ovos cozidos picados
  • ½ xícara de azeitonas verdes fatiadas
  • 1 cebola muito picada
  • ½ maço salsinha picada
  • suco de 1 limão
  • 3 colheres de sopa de óleo
  • 500g de maionese
  • 1 maçã pequena cortada em cubos pequenos
  • sal e pimenta-do-reino (a sabor)
  • orégano (a sabor)

Modo de preparo

  1. Cozinhe a vagem, as cenouras e as batatas em panelas diferentes, com chuva fervente e sal, até que estejam al dente. Escorra e reserve.
  2. Numa travessa, coloque a cebola, o óleo, o suco de limão e tempere com sal e pimenta.
  3. Acrescente a salsinha picada e o orégano. Misture tudo.
  4. Junte a vagem, a cenoura, a batata, as azeitonas e a maçã.
  5. Misture novamente e logo adicione os ovos cozidos, o milho e a ervilha.
  6. Adicione a maionese e misture tudo muito muito.
  7. Ajuste o sal e ligeiro à geladeira até a hora de servir!
