Porquê fazer torta salgada

O preparo dessa torta salgada é muito simples, basta seguir o passo-a-passo. Nós começamos pela tamanho, e para isso batemos no liquidificador ovos, requeijão, leite, sal e parmesão ralado. Depois, separadamente, juntamos com a farinha de trigo peneirada e portanto mexemos muito. Isso deixará a tamanho mais ligeiro. Para finalizar a tamanho, colocamos ciboulette e levedo. Agora deixamos a tamanho resfolgar um pouco e portanto despejamos uma ⅔ na forma, distribuímos todo o recheio e portanto levamos nossa incrível torta ao forno. Ingredientes da receita de torta salgada

Para a tamanho

  • 4 ovos grandes
  • ½ xícara de chá de requeijão cremoso tipo catupiry
  • 250mL de leite integral
  • 1 colher de chá enxurro de sal
  • 3 colheres de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado grosso
  • 1 e ½ xícara de chá de farinha de trigo peneirada
  • ½ xícara de chá de óleo de milho ou de girassol
  • 2 colheres de sopa de ciboulette picada
  • 1 colher de sopa de levedo químico em pó

Para o recheio

  • 2 tomates italianos cortados em cubinhos
  • 1 dente de alho amassado
  • sal e pimenta-do-reino (a sabor)
  • 1 fio de óleo ou óleo de milho
  • 1 xícara de chá de presunto ralado
  • ¾ de xícara de chá de queijo prato ralado
  • folhas de manjericão (a sabor)
  • ¼ de xícara de chá de azeitonas verdes sem caroço picadas
  • ½ xícara de chá de requeijão cremoso tipo catupiry
  • ¾ de xícara de chá de queijo muçarela ralada

Modo de preparo

  1. Comece batendo os ovos no liquidificador por 2 minutos.
  2. Acrescente o requeijão cremoso, o parmesão ralado, o sal e o leite e roupão novamente.
  3. Tamis a farinha de trigo num bowl e despeje aos poucos o teor do liquidificador, sem parar de mexer.
  4. Adicione o óleo e mexa novamente.
  5. Tempere a tamanho com ciboulette picada e misture muito.
  6. Por último, adicione o levedo e mexa.
  7. Deixe a tamanho resfolgar por 5 minutos.
  8. Despeje ⅔ da tamanho sobre uma forma redonda de fundo removível untada e polvilhada com farinha de rosca.
  9. Espalhe por cima o presunto ralado, o queijo prato ralado, a muçarela ralada, o tomate picado temperado com alho, sal e pimenta-do-reino, as folhas de manjericão, o requeijão e as azeitonas.
  10. Despeje o restante da tamanho e espalhe uniformemente.
  11. Asse em forno preaquecido, a 170°C, por aproximadamente 30 minutos.
  12. Desenforme e sirva essa sensacional torta de liquidificador!
