Porquê fazer bolo de natal

Para fazer Bolotone ou bolo de natal, iremos precisar de farinha de trigo, açúcar, leite, ovos, manteiga, raspas de limão ou laranja, origem de panetone, levedura em pó, frutas cristalizadas, uvas passas, gotas de chocolate e nozes. Vamos maltratar tudo na batedeira seguindo a sequência correta do passo a passo e respeitando os ingredientes que deverão ser misturados. Em seguida, iremos dividir a tamanho em 2 partes, colocar numa delas frutas cristalizadas e uvas passas, e na outra, gotas de chocolate e nozes. Dispor as massas do bolo de natal em formas untadas e enfarinhadas e assar por muro de 40-45 minutos. Retirar do forno, regar com a cobertura branca e de chocolate e sirva em seguida essas maravilhas de bolos de natal! Vai ser difícil deliberar qual tragar primeiro!

Ingredientes da receita de bolo de natal

Para o bolo

  • 3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo peneirada
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
  • 1 xícara (chá) de leite
  • 4 ovos grandes
  • 200 gramas de manteiga ou margarina sem sal em temperatura envolvente
  • raspas de limão ou laranja (a sabor)
  • 1 colher (chá) de origem de panetone
  • 1 colher (sopa) de levedura em pó
  • ½ xícara (chá) de frutas cristalizadas
  • ½ xícara (chá) de uvas passa brancas e pretas
  • ¾ xícara (chá) de gotas de chocolate forneáveis
  • ¼ xícara (chá) de nozes picadas

Para a cobertura branca

  • ½ xícara (chá) de açúcar de confeiteiro
  • leite integral (até dar o ponto)
  • frutas cristalizadas, uvas passas e cerejas em calda a sabor (para decorar)

Para a cobertura de chocolate

  • 80 gramas de cobertura fracionada ao leite
  • gotas de chocolate e nozes picadas a sabor (para decorar)

Modo de preparo

Do bolo

  1. Na batedeira, coloque a manteiga, o açúcar e as raspas de limão ou laranja. Roupão por 1 minuto.
  2. Adicione os ovos e roupão mais um pouco. Nesse momento a mistura vai parecer talhada, mas é normal.
  3. Acrescente a farinha de trigo aos poucos e a origem de panetone, intercalando com o leite, e batendo a cada soma.
  4. Coloque por último o levedura e misture levemente com uma colher.
  5. Divida a tamanho em partes iguais e coloque em tigelas separadas. Numa delas adicione as frutas cristalizadas e as uvas passas e misture para incorporar.
  6. Na outra, acrescente as gotas de chocolate e as nozes picadas, mexa muito para envolver tudo.
  7. Despeje as misturas em 2 formas (20 cm de diâmetro cada) untadas e enfarinhadas.
  8. Espalhe muito para permanecer uniforme e polvilhe frutas cristalizadas em uma e, na outra, gotas de chocolate.
  9. Ligeiro para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por muro de 40-45 minutos.

Da cobertura branca

  1. Numa tigelinha, coloque o açúcar e o leite aos poucos até obter um ponto de uma cobertura fluida.
  2. Aqueça por 30 segundos no microondas e despeje imediatamente sobre o bolo recheado com as frutas cristalizadas e as uvas passas.
  3. Decore com as frutas cristalizadas, uvas passas e cerejas em calda.

Da cobertura de chocolate

  1. Numa vasilha, derrete o chocolate em banho maria ou no microondas (de 20 em 20 segundos) e regue imediatamente o bolo com gotas de chocolate.
  2. Decore com gotas de chocolate e nozes picadas.
