Uma vez que fazer pizza de tapioca

Para a receita de pizza de tapioca, primeiramente vamos colocar em uma vasilha os ovos e escadeirar com um garfo por 1 minutinho. Depois vamos alongar a tapioca, o queijo parmesão ralado, o sal, o levedura em pó, o orégano, a pimenta-do-reino e a aveia, misturando muito com um garfo por 1 minuto. Vamos esvaziar a tamanho em uma assadeira de pizza untada (30cm de diâmetro) e espalhar muito para que fique uniforme. Vamos levar para pré-assar em forno pré-aquecido a 200ºC por uns 10-15 minutinhos, até que o fundo comece a dourar. Vamos virar a tamanho do outro lado, aditar o molho e recheio da preferência e voltar ao forno por mais 20 minutos, até dourar. Finalmente, vamos retirar do forno, polvilhar orégano a sabor e regar com óleo a sabor. Sirva e saboreie sua magnífica pizza de tapioca, que fica super gostosa!

Ingredientes da receita de pizza de tapioca

Para a tamanho

  • 1 xícara (chá) de tapioca (tamanho pronta para tapioca, daquelas usadas para fazer na frigideira)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) rasas de aveia em flocos finos
  • 2 ovos inteiros
  • 2 colheres (sopa) rasas de queijo parmesão ralado
  • 1 colher (chá) de levedura em pó
  • ½ colher (chá) de orégano
  • 1 pitada de pimenta-do-reino
  • ¼ colher (chá) de sal ou 1 boa pitada
  • manteiga ou margarina (para untar)

Para o recheio

  • recheio de sua preferência
  • molho de tomate, orégano e óleo de oliva (a sabor)

Modo de preparo

  1. Adicione em uma vasilha os ovos e roupão com um garfo por 1 minuto.
  2. Acrescente a tamanho pronta para tapioca, o queijo parmesão ralado, o sal, o levedura em pó, o orégano, a pimenta-do-reino e a aveia em flocos finos.
  3. Misture muito com um garfo por 1 minutinho.
  4. Unte uma assadeira de pizza (30cm de diâmetro) com manteiga ou margarina.
  5. Despeje a tamanho espalhando muito para permanecer uniforme.
  6. Para pré-assar, ligeiro ao forno pré-aquecido a 200ºC por uns 10-15 minutos, até o fundo debutar a dourar.
  7. Solte a tamanho com uma faquinha ou espátula e, se estiver douradinha no fundo, vire do outro lado. Senão, deixe mais um pouquinho no forno.
  8. Depois virar, coloque molho de tomate e recheio a sabor, de contrato com sua preferência.
  9. Ligeiro novamente ao forno por muro de 20 minutos, ou até dourar.
  10. Retire do forno e polvilhe com orégano a sabor, regando com óleo também a sabor.
  11. Prontinho, sirva e aproveite essa gostosura de pizza de tapioca, bom gosto!
