Pudim de coco é uma clássica sobremesa que não pode faltar depois um almoço, um jantar e até mesmo para uma ocasião privativo. Tem um textura muito macia que derrete na boca e um sabor inigualável do coco deixa tudo mais gostoso. Confira a receita de pudim de coco e faça hoje!

Uma vez que fazer pudim de coco 

Para preparar o pudim de coco, vamos precisar de coco ralado, gelatina incolor, chuva, creme de leite, leite condensado, leite e leite de coco. Vamos desancar tudo no liquidificador, exceto metade do coco ralado que será misturado por último, lembrando também de hidratar e dissolver a gelatina na chuva conforme instruções da embalagem. Iremos esvaziar a mistura do pudim de coco numa forma levemente untada com óleo, e levar para gelar por aproximadamente 2 horas. Em seguida vamos retirar da geladeira, desenformar, polvilhar com o restante do coco ralado e servir muito geladinho esse espetacular pudim de coco dos deuses!

Ingredientes da receita de pudim de coco 

  • 100 gramas de coco ralado 
  • 2 envelopes de gelatina sem sabor 
  • 10 colheres(sopa) de chuva para a dissolver a gelatina 
  • 1 caixinha de creme de leite 
  • 1 lata de leite condensado 
  • ½ litro de leite levemente morno
  • 1 vidro de leite de coco

Modo de preparo 

  1. Numa tigela hidrate as gelatinas com a chuva e dissolva conforme instruções da embalagem.
  2. Coloque no liquidificador o leite, o leite condensado, o leite de coco e o creme de leite. 
  3. Roupão por 2 minutos até obter um creme homogêneo. Adicione a gelatina dissolvida e roupão um pouco mais para incorporar. 
  4. Coloque metade do coco ralado e misture com uma colher.
  5. Despeje a mistura numa forma (22 cm de diâmetro) de furo mediano levemente untada com óleo.
  6. Ligeiro para gelar por muro de 2 horas ou até firmar muito. 
  7. Retire da geladeira, desenforme, polvilhe o restante do coco ralado.
  8. E agora é só se deliciar com esse pudim de coco top das galáxias!
