The short answer is yes. It will be a different type of cut depending on your hair type, where you’re at and where you’re trying to be, but generally there is a good trimming strategy for most guys suffering with awkward stage hair. A fade haircut means that shorter hair “fades” into longer hair. Typically, the sides and back of the haircut will be skin-short and blended into a longer top (of various lengths). A fade is a taper that gradually takes the hair down to the skin, so that it looks like the hairline on the sides and back of your head “fades” away before it reaches the natural hairline.  Layered haircuts for men with thick blonde hair can have this impressive styling done by a professional that will create a cool, air-dynamic shape for your hair, allowing you to look striking with a short haircut! Execution is key!

So long as there is a difference of scholarly opinion concerning the matter, then we should refer to the Quran and Sunnah. Up until this moment I do not know of anything which would indicate that it is forbidden for a woman to cut her hair.
