Essa receita de frango cremoso da Carla Tataro é para ninguém botar defeito! Feito com purê, frango muito temperado e molho branco, não tem porquê essa receita dar inexacto. O passo-a-passo é muito simples e o resultado é surpreendente. Depois de servir esse frango cremoso, vão descobrir que foi um chef quem fez!

Uma vez que fazer frango cremoso

Para fazer essa receita, vamos dividir em quatro etapas. A primeira lanço é para preparar o purê, e para isso vamos cozinhar as batatas em chuva fervente, escorrer e depois passar para uma panela com cebola refogada e leite, para portanto amassar muito e temperar com sal. Feito isso vamos para a próxima lanço, que é o decocção do frango. É muito simples, é só colocar o frango para cozinhar em uma panela muito quente e temperar com sal, orégano e pimenta. Agora é só preparar um molho branco com manteiga, farinha e leite para a terceira lanço. A quarta e última lanço é só montar e levar ao forno até gratinar.

Ingredientes da receita de frango cremoso

Para o frango

  • 1 fio de óleo
  • 1kg de peito de frango em cubinhos
  • orégano (a palato)
  • pimenta-do-reino (a palato)
  • 130g de extrato de tomate
  • cebolinha picada (a palato)
  • coentro picado (a palato)
  • 1 cebola em rodelas

Para o purê

  • 1kg de batatas descascadas e cortadas ao meio
  • sal (a palato)
  • 1 colher de sopa de manteiga
  • ½ cebola picada
  • 85mL de leite

Para o molho branco

  • 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
  • ½ cebola picada
  • 1 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo
  • 600mL de leite
  • sal e noz-moscada (a palato)

Para a cobertura

Modo de preparo

Do frango

  1. Coloque o frango para selar em uma panela com óleo.
  2. Tempere com sal, orégano e pimenta-do-reino e deixe cozinhar.
  3. Mal toda a chuva secar, acrescente o extrato de tomate e mexa muito.
  4. Acrescente cheiro-verde e misture.
  5. Desligue o lume e reserve o frango em um recipiente.
  6. Na mesma panela do frango, coloque a cebola em rodelas para dourar.
  7. Depois de douradas, desligue o lume e reserve.

Do purê de batatas

  1. Em uma panela com chuva fervente e um pouco de sal, coloque as batatas para cozinhar até que estejam macias.
  2. Noutra panela, refogue a cebola na manteiga.
  3. Mal dourar, acrescente as batatas já escorridas e o leite.
  4. Com um amassador, amasse as batatas já dentro da panela.
  5. Misture muito e tempere com sal a palato. Reserve.

Do molho branco

  1. Em uma panela, derreta a manteiga e coloque a cebola para refogar.
  2. Quando a cebola debutar a dourar, junte a farinha de trigo e misture muito.
  3. Acrescente o leite aos poucos, sem parar de mexer, até espessar.
  4. Tempere com sal e noz-moscada. Reserve.

Montagem

  1. Em uma travessa, espalhe todo o purê.
  2. Sobre o purê, coloque o frango.
  3. Espalhe também as rodelas de cebola douradas.
  4. Despeje o molho branco uniformemente.
  5. Polvilhe a muçarela ralada por cima.
  6. Ligeiro ao forno médio, preaquecido, até a muçarela gratinar.
  7. Sirva esse espetacular frango cremoso!
