O presidente da Percentagem de Constituição E Justiça, Davi Alcolumbre (União Brasil-AP), disse que as reuniões na Percentagem sobre a PEC da Transição não devem mais suceder nesta semana. Oriente é o documento que prevê a manutenção do valor do Auxílio Brasil na mansão dos R$ 600 a partir do próximo ano.
“Deixa chegar na percentagem para a gente resolver, esta semana nós não teremos reunião”, disse Alcolumbre. “Tem que compatibilizar com a Câmara dos Deputados, uma emenda constitucional não se trata separadamente com prazo tão pequeno, tem que compatibilizar o calendário da Câmara com o do Senado”, completou ele.
A enunciação acabou esfriando os esforços do governo eleito de correr a aprovação da proposta no Congresso Pátrio. Inicialmente, a teoria era ratificar o texto no Senado até esta quarta-feira (30). Porém, ainda falta firmar um entendimento com os líderes partidários para só depois colocar o texto em votação.
Alcolumbre deverá escolher o relator da proposta no Senado Federalista. Informações de bastidores dão conta de que ele poderá definir que oriente nome é o seu próprio. Assim, ele acumularia as funções de presidente da Percentagem e também de relator da PEC da Transição. Na Câmara, o relator deverá ser o deputado federalista Elmar Promanação (União Brasil-BA).
Curiosamente, os relatores da proposta nas duas casas são do mesmo partido. Informações de bastidores apontam que as escolhas não acontecem por possibilidade. Existe um esforço do União Brasil para forçar uma ingresso no governo Lula. Ao indicar os dois relatores, imagina-se que o presidente eleito, Lula, vai precisar realizar concessões.
PEC na próxima semana
Se não há reunião marcada para esta semana, os olhos se voltam para a próxima. Em coletiva ao lado de Alcolumbre, o presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) disse que acredita que a PEC pode ser apreciada logo na próxima semana.
“Acredito que possamos sim até na semana que vem ter a avaliação da PEC, mas obviamente não vou querer espetar isso”, disse Pacheco. O texto em questão já conseguiu as 27 assinaturas necessárias para iniciar o processo de tramitação.

A PEC da Transição libera quase R$ 200 bilhões fora do teto de gastos para a manutenção do Auxílio Brasil na mansão dos R$ 600. Outrossim, o documento também prevê a liberação de um suplementar de R$ 150 por filhos menores de seis anos.
