Saque-aniversário do FGTS: porquê funciona?
A modalidade instituída em 2019 autoriza o trabalhador a retirar secção do saldo de suas contas vinculadas do FGTS todos os anos, no mês de seu natalício. Em troca, ele abre mão de retirar o valor integral em caso de deposição sem justa justificação (saque-rescisão), mas mantém a multa de 40%.
O percentual de saque varia entre 50% e 5%, conforme a fita de saldo na qual o cotista se encontra. Aliás, o governo concede uma parcela suplementar fixa de até R$ 2.900. Confira na tábua:

Adesão à modalidade
Quem quiser aderir ao padrão deve fazer a mudança pelo aplicativo do FGTS ou pelo site fgts.caixa.gov.br, na opção “Saque-Natalício”. Depois de ler e concordar com os termos e condições, é só clicar em “Aderir ao saque natalício”. Também é verosímil realizar a adesão nas agências da Caixa Econômica Federalista.
Em caso de remorso, o trabalhador só pode retornar ao saque-rescisão depois o prazo de 24 meses. Se quiser continuar na modalidade tradicional, não é necessária nenhuma ação.
