Uma vez que fazer pão de cuscuz de frigideira 

Para fazer o pão de cuscuz de frigideira, iremos precisar de ovo, chuva, flocão de milho, leite, óleo, sal e levedo em pó. Primeiramente vamos hidratar o flocão de milho na chuva e deixar repousar por 20 minutos. Em seguida vamos misturar em outro recipiente o restante dos ingredientes, incluindo o flocão hidratado, exceto o levedo que será adicionado por último. Vamos untar muito uma frigideira, colocar metade da volume, rechear a sabor, e tapulhar com o restante da volume do pão de cuscuz de frigideira. Deixar dourar de ambos lados por 5 minutos cada lado. E agora é só retirar e saborear esse espetacular pão de cuscuz de frigideira!

Ingredientes da receita de pão de cuscuz de frigideira 

  • 1 ovo
  • ½ xícara(chá) de chuva
  • 1 xícara(chá) de flocão de milho
  • 1 colher(sopa) de leite 
  • 1 colher(sopa) de óleo
  • ½ colher(chá) de sal ou a sabor 
  • 1 colher(chá) de levedo em pó 
  • Recheio a sabor

Modo de preparo 

  1. Numa tigela coloque o flocão de milho e o sal e misture muito. Adicione a chuva, mexa e deixe hidratar por 20 minutos. 
  2. Em outra vasilha, coloque o ovo e roupão por 1 minuto. Acrescente o leite, o óleo e o flocão hidratado.
  3. Misture tudo muito muito, junto o fermente e mexa delicadamente para incorporar.
  4. Unte uma frigideira com manteiga, coloque metade da mistura obtida e o recheio de sua preferência.
  5. Cubra com o restante da volume, tampe a frigideira, e ligeiro ao lume grave por 5 minutos.
  6. Depois de dourar vire o outro lado e deixe por mais 5 minutos.
  7. Retire, disponha numa travessa e sirva-se desse sensacional pão de cuscuz de frigideira!
