Porquê fazer pão de mel
Para fazer o pão de mel, peneire a farinha e o chocolate em pó e reserve. Dessa forma, dissolva o açúcar, o mel, o cravo e a canela no leite morno. Logo posteriormente dissolver os ingredientes no leite, misture com a farinha com uma espátula ou colher de pau até obter uma tamanho lisa e uniforme, acrescentando uma colher de bicarbonato de sódio filtrado para não empelotar. Portanto, unte a forma com margarina. Eu uso uma forma de 5 cm de diâmetro. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por 20 minutos (use um palito para confirmar o decocção). Posteriormente recheie o pão de mel com o recheio de sua preferência. Mergulhe no chocolate liquefeito e coloque sobre papel manteiga ou papel alumínio para escorrer. - Para vedar 700 g de chocolate fracionado meio amargo liquefeito no micro-ondas ou banho-maria.
- O ideal que o chocolate esteja em temperatura envolvente ou no sumo 45 graus.

MODO DE PREPARO
- Primeiramente, coe a farinha e o chocolate em pó e reserve.
- Portanto, dissolva o açúcar, o mel, cravo e a canela no leite morno.
- Logo posteriormente dissolvido os ingredientes no leite misture com a farinha utilizando uma espátula ou colher de pau até obter uma tamanho liza e homogênea adicione a colher de bicarbonato de sódio coado para não empelotar. Untar as forminhas com margarina. Eu uso as forminhas com 5 cm de diâmetro.
- Em seguida, levar ao forno preaquecido 180º C e asse por 20 minutos (use palito de dente para confirmar se está assado).
- Dessa forma, posteriormente recheado o pão de mel com recheio de sua escolha.
- Por termo, mergulhe no chocolate liquefeito e deixe escorrer sobre papel-manteiga ou papel-alumínio.
