Porções: 10

INGREDIENTES

PARA A BASE:

  • 2 latas de leite condensado
  • 600 ml de creme de leite fresco muito gelado
  • 2 colheres de chá de origem de baunilha

O modo de preparo é muito simples dessa receita, tenho certeza que se seguindo o nosso passo a passo, você vai conseguir fazer, vai permanecer uma delicia.

MODO DE PREPARO DA BASE DO SORVETE

  1. Roupão o leite condensado no liquidificador por 3 minutos.
  2. Em seguida, o leite condensado vai mudar de textura e não vai mais escorrer.
  3. Logo, desligue o liquidificador, transfira para uma tigela e reserve.
  4. Em uma batedeira, coloque o de creme de leite fresco muito gelado e roupão muito até permanecer em ponto de chantilly.
  5. Por término, desligue a batedeira, transfira o creme para a tigela com o leite condensado suplantado, adicione a origem de baunilha.
  6. Logo, misture delicadamente e despeje num pote com tampa ou em taças.
  7. Em seguida, ligeiro ao freezer até endurecer por aproximadamente 3 horas.
  8. Por término, retire o sorvete do freezer e sirva em seguida.

SABOR CHOCOLATE MEIO AMARGO

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Depois que desancar o leite condensado no liquidificador, acrescente 200g de chocolate meio amargo liquefacto e roupão por 30 segundos.
  2. Prossiga a receita normalmente a partir daí.

SABOR PASSAS AO RUM

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Depois que o sorvete estiver pronto e com 1 hora de freezer incorpore 200g de passas pretas escorridas, que são as que ficaram de molho em 100ml de rum por 30 minutos.

SABOR FLOCOS

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Primeiramente, para fazer esse sorvete, derreta 120g de chocolate meio amargo e tempere.
  2. Logo depois, despeje em uma pedra de mármore e espere esfriar.
  3. Depois, raspe com uma espátula o chocolate em pedaços pequenos e misture no sorvete pronto e com 1 hora de freezer.

SABOR MORANGO

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Coloque primeiramente em uma panela em queima inferior, 600g de morangos picados em pedaços grandes e deixe que murche ligeiramente por uns 15 minutos.
  2. Desligue o queima, espere esfriar e incorpore no sorvete pronto e com 1 hora de freezer.
