Porquê fazer sobremesa marido gelado

Para fazer sobremesa marido gelado teremos que seguir 3 etapas do processo que são: o creme branco, o qual iremos levar todos os ingredientes ao queimada até espessar, e dispor num refratário e deter com uma estrato de biscoito maisena.  Em seguida o creme de chocolate, o qual iremos preparar da mesma forma que o anterior, e colocar sobre os biscoitos. Levar para gelar por aproximadamente 4 horas. Para a cobertura da sobremesa marido gelado, vamos escadeirar o chantilly em ponto de picos firmes, e colocar sobre o creme de chocolate no refratário. Decorar com granulado de chocolate agosto, e agora é só se deliciar com essa sensacional sobremesa marido gelado!

Ingredientes da receita de sobremesa marido gelado 

Para o creme branco

  • ½ litro de leite 
  • 3 colheres(sopa) de maisena 
  • 1 caixinha de leite condensado 
  • 1 colher(chá) de núcleo de baunilha 

Para o creme de chocolate

  • 4 colheres(sopa) de chocolate 50% ou achocolatado
  • 2 colheres(sopa) de maisena 
  • ½ litro de leite
  • 1 caixinha de leite condensado

Para a cobertura

  • ½ pacote de biscoito maisena 
  • 200 ml de chantilly 
  • Granulado de chocolate para decorar a palato 

Modo de preparo 

Do creme branco 

  1. Numa panela coloque o leite condensado e a maisena e misture para dissolver muito. Adicione a baunilha e o leite, mexa para incorporar. 
  2. Ligeiro ao queimada médio, mexendo sempre, até encetar a ferver e espessar, deixe por mais 2 minutos no queimada e retire. 
  3. Despeje essa mistura num refratário, espalhe muito para permanecer uniforme e cubra com uma estrato de biscoito maisena. 
  4. Reserve.

Do creme de chocolate 

  1. Coloque numa panela o leite condensado, a maisena e o chocolate em pó ou achocolatado.
  2. Misture muito que dissolver tudo. Adicione o leite e ligeiro ao queimada médio, mexendo sem parar, até ferver e encetar a espessar. 
  3. Deixe no queimada por mais 2 minutos, retire do queimada e despeje sobre os biscoitos que estão dispostos no refratário.
  4. Cubra com plástico filme muito rente ao creme, e ligeiro para gelar por 4 horas. 

Da cobertura 

  1. Na batedeira coloque o chantilly e roupão até ponto de picos firmes. 
  2. Retire o refratário da geladeira e cubra toda a superfície do creme com o chantilly e faça picos com as costas de uma colher.
  3. Decore com granulado de chocolate a palato e sirva em seguida essa maravilha de sobremesa marido gelado!
