Porquê fazer biscoito de tapioca frito 

Para fazer biscoito de tapioca frito teremos que utilizar ovos, óleo, chuva, leite, açúcar, sal e tapioca azedo ou gulosice. Primeiramente iremos ferver o leite, a chuva e o óleo. Colocar o tapioca numa travessa, juntar o açúcar (o que vai fazer com que o biscoito de tapioca frito não estoure quando for fritar, o sal, e escaldar com a mistura de leite fervente. Depois de esfriar iremos amassar muito a volume do biscoito de tapioca frito, modelar os biscoitos, colocar poucas unidades numa panela grande com o óleo indiferente, e só depois levar ao queimada cocuruto até eles subirem na superfície. Em seguida diminua o queimada e deixe fritar até dourar. Retire do queimada e deixe escorrer o excesso de óleo em papel esponjoso. E agora um biscoito de tapioca frito incrível acaba de permanecer pronto! Sirva-se!

Ingredientes da receita de tapioca frito 

  • 2 ovos 
  • ¼ copo(americano) de óleo 
  • ½ copo(americano) de chuva 
  • ½ copo (americano) de leite
  • 1 colher(sopa) de açúcar
  • 1 colher(chá) de sal 
  • 3 ½ copos (americano) de tapioca azedo ou gulosice – aproximadamente

Modo de preparo 

  1. Coloque numa panela o leite, o óleo e a chuva, e ligeiro em queimada médio e deixe até levantar fervura.
  2. Numa tigela coloque 3 copos de tapioca, o açúcar e o sal, misture muito. Despeje a mistura de leite fervente para escaldar o tapioca.
  3. Misture muito com uma colher e deixe esfriar um pouco. Depois de indiferente, adicione os ovos, e misture tudo amassando muito muito com as mãos.
  4. O ponto correto é de uma volume firme e homogênea, caso ainda esteja tenro, adicione ½ copo de tapioca restante.  
  5. Unte as mãos com um pouquinho de óleo, pegue porções de volume e modele os biscoitos do tamanho que preferir e disponha numa assadeira também levemente untada.
  6. Numa panela grande, coloque o óleo, e disponha os biscoitos modelados no sumo 5 unidades. Aviso: o óleo deve estar indiferente.
  7. Ligeiro ao queimada cocuruto, e deixe até que os biscoitos comecem a subir e ficarem na superfície do óleo.
  8. Nesse momento diminua o queimada para o mínimo, e deixe até fiquem fritos e dourados.
  9. Retire com uma escumadeira e escorra o excesso de óleo no papel toalha. Repita o processo até terminar toda a volume.
  10. E agora é só saborear esse maravilhoso biscoito de tapioca frito!
