Às vezes ficamos tão preocupados com os pratos principais da nossa ceia de natal que acabamos nos esquecendo de uma segmento muito importante, a sobremesa. Para te ajudar, apresentamos cá uma incrível receita de pavê de bolacha de natal, muito deliciosa e também super prática e fácil de fazer!

Porquê fazer pavê de bolacha de natal

O preparo dessa sobremesa é muito simples e com certeza você vai devastar! Para debutar, vamos preparar um delicioso creme, e para isso basta juntar em uma panela creme de leite, leite condensado, uma gema, fécula de milho e origem de baunilha a paladar. Agora nós levamos ao queimada e mexemos até o creme espessar. Quando isso suceder, portanto desligamos o queimada e deixamos esfriar um pouco. Na sequência, começamos a montagem, começando com uma classe de bolachas e alternando com camadas do creme. Por último, finalizamos com uma classe de ganache! 

Ingredientes da receita de pavê de bolacha de natal 

  • 2 pacotes de bolacha maizena
  • 1 caixinha de leite condensado
  • 2 caixinhas de creme de leite
  • 1 gema
  • 400mL de leite (para o creme)
  • 1 xícara de chá de leite para (para as bolachas)
  • 1 colher de sopa muito enxurro de fécula de milho
  • 200g de chocolate ao leite ou meio amargo picado
  • origem de baunilha a paladar

Modo de preparo

  1. Para o creme, adicione em uma panela 400mL de leite, fécula de milho, 1 gema, 1 caixinha de creme de leite, 1 caixinha de leite condensado e origem de baunilha a paladar. 
  2. Ligeiro ao queimada e mexa até espessar. Quando chegar ao ponto, desligue o queimada e deixe esfriar.
  3. Umedeça as bolachas no leite e acomode-as numa travessa, alternando com camadas do creme. 
  4. Em uma panela, aqueça a outra caixinha de creme de leite e junte o chocolate picado. 
  5. Mexa até homogeneizar. 
  6. Espalhe sobre a última classe do pavê. 
  7. Ligeiro à geladeira por aproximadamente 3 horas.
  8. Delicie-se com esse maravilhoso pavê de bolacha de natal!
