Uma vez que fazer bolo pão de queijo

Para fazer essa deliciosa receita, é muito simples e sem segredos. Mas antes, vamos consultar os ingredientes necessários: óleo, leite, ovos, tapioca gulodice, queijo ralado, levedo químico em pó e sal. Para um melhor resultado, utilize queijos mais curados, que são aqueles mais durinhos. Com o queijo devidamente selecionado e os demais ingredientes separados, vamos adicioná-los todos no liquidificador e percutir até obter uma volume homogênea. Quando chegar nesse ponto, logo é só transferir para uma forma de furo, espalhar mais queijo ralado por cima e levar ao forno para finalizar!

Ingredientes da receita de bolo pão de queijo

  • 1 xícara de chá de óleo (240mL)
  • 1 xícara de chá de leite (240mL)
  • 3 ovos inteiros
  • 3 xícaras de chá de tapioca gulodice
  • 1 e ½  xícara de chá de de queijo ralado 
  • 1 colher de sobremesa de levedo químico em pó
  • 1 colher de chá de sal
  • queijo ralado a palato (para finalizar)

Modo de preparo

  1. No liquidificador, roupão todos os ingredientes, deixando o levedo por último. 
  2. Roupão até homogeneizar. 
  3. Despeje em uma forma de furo untada com óleo.
  4. Polvilhe mais queijo ralado por cima. 
  5. Ligeiro ao forno preaquecido, a 150°C, por aproximadamente 1 hora. 
  6. Sirva seu maravilhoso bolo pão de queijo!
