Receita de Bolinho de Arroz
Ingredientes
- 2 xícaras de chá de arroz cozido
- 1/2 xícara de chá de queijo ralado
- 1/2 xícara de chá de leite
- 2 colheres de sopa de cheiro-verde picado
- 1 colher de sopa rasa de fermento em pó
- 1/2 xícara de chá de amido de milho
- 1/2 xícara de chá de farinha de trigo
- 3 ovos
- óleo para fritar
Modo de Preparo
- Misture bem todos os ingredientes
- Despeje colheradas da mistura em óleo quente, deixando dourar dos dois lados
- Retire e escorra em papel absorvente
Eles são perfeitos para serem servidos como aperitivos e também como acompanhamentos.
O tempero fica ótimo, sem falar do sabor e daquele cheirinho que abre o apetite.
