Ingredientes
- 1kg de carne moída
- 500g de trigo para kibe
- 2 cebolas picadinhas
- 1 tomate picado

- sal a gosto
- pimenta do reino a gosto
- 2 colheres de azeite de oliva
Modo de Preparo
- Deixe o trigo para quibe de molho por 3 horas
- Escorra muito bem
- Misture os demais ingredientes
- Coloque em uma travessa e cubra com papel alumínio
- Leve ao forno por mais ou menos 40 minutos
