Receita de Goiabada Cascão
Ingredientes
- 1 kg de goiabas vermelhas
- 1½ xícara (chá) de açúcar refinado
- Água
Modo de Preparo
- Lave as goiabas e descasque todas. Reserve as cascas.
- Corte as goiabas (mantenha as sementes) e coloque no copo do liquidificador com 200 ml de água. Bata por 1 minuto
- Despeje em uma peneira de malha não muito fina. Passe com uma colher e reserve em uma tigela
- Coloque em uma panela o açúcar com 100 ml de água. Cozinhe, sem parar de mexer, até o açúcar dissolver e começar a ferver. Deixe no fogo por mais 4 minutos.
- Junte a polpa de goiaba e a metade das cascas que foram reservadas
- Continue a cozinhar, sem parar de mexer, por 30 minutos ou até soltar do fundo da panela. Retire do fogo
- Forre com papel filme o recipiente em que quer formar a goiabada. Pode ser uma forma ou uma tigela. Despeje a goiabada, aperte bem e embrulhe o papel filme. Deixe descansar por 2 horas
- Sirva em pedaços
