Receita de Palha Italiana
Ingredientes
Massa:
- 1 xícara de chocolate em pó
- 1 e 1/2 colher de manteiga
- 1 lata de Leite Condensado
Recheio:
- 1/2 pacote de biscoito tipo Maria
- 100g de uva passa
Modo de Preparo
- Quebre o biscoito , misture com a uva passa e deixe em uma vasilha separada
- Para fazer a massa coloque na panela o achocolatado em pó , o leite condensado e a manteiga. Misture até fica um chocolate grosso
- Coloque o chocolate em uma forma de bolo. Misture com o biscoito e a uva passa
- Espalhe sobre um tabuleiro ou superfície untada coma margarina e cubra com filme plástico
- Espere 5 horas e corte em quadrados
- Se quiser, passe os pedaços no açúcar
