Como fazer Pamonha com Queijo
Ingredientes
- 6 espigas grandes de milho
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite de coco
- 1 queijo minas cortado em pequenos retângulos
- 1 pitada de sal
- Bastante água para ferver
Modo de Preparo
- Descasque os milhos cuidadosamente e reserve as palhas inteiras
- Rale as espigas no ralador grosso. Ponha em uma tigela e acrescente o açúcar, o leite de coco e o sal. Misture cuidadosamente com uma colher de pau
- Pegue as palhas reservadas, dobre-as ao meio e forme um saco pequeno
- Preencha com o creme de milho e coloque um pedaço do queijo. Feche a ponta amarrando com um barbante
- Em uma panela grande, ponha água para ferver. Coloque as trouxinhas de milho na água fervente e cozinhe por aproximadamente uma hora e meia
- Retire com o auxílio de uma escumadeira e deixe escorrer. Sirva frio ou quente
- Dica: escalde as palhas do milho em água fervente para poder embrulhar a pamonha com mais facilidade
