Essa receita de torresmo de rolo é pra deixar qualquer um com chuva na boca, ainda mais quando servida com um limãozinho do lado. Esse torresmo de rolo fica super crocante por fora e suculento por dentro, um verdadeiro espetáculo. Se eu fosse você, faria essa receita hoje mesmo!

Porquê fazer torresmo de rolo

Para fazer essa maravilhosa receita é muito simples. O mais difícil vai ser controlar a sofreguidão enquanto espera o resultado final. Para debutar, vamos pegar uma peça de bojo de porco e temperar dos dois lados com sal e pimenta-do-reino. Com a bojo devidamente temperada, vamos enrolá-la muito, com a gordura pro lado de fora. Depois de enrolada, vamos passar barbante e apoucar muito para o rolo não desfazer. Com o rolo pronto, assamos em forno médio por 1 hora. Depois de assar, tiramos os barbantes, cortamos o rolo em fatias e fritamos em uma panela com banha. 

Ingredientes da receita de torresmo do rolo

  • 1 peça de bojo de porco (panceta) de aproximadamente 2kg
  • sal e pimenta do reino a palato
  • banha ou óleo (para fritar)

Modo de preparo

  1. Tempere a bojo de porco com sal e pimenta-do-reino dos dois lados. 
  2. Enrole a bojo uma vez que se fosse um rocambole, muito firme. A revestimento de gordura deve permanecer para o lado de fora.
  3. Amarre a bojo com barbante para não desfazer o rolo. Amarre um barbante muito apertado a cada dois dedos do rolo. 
  4. Coloque em uma assadeira e ligeiro ao forno médio, preaquecido, por 1 hora. 
  5. Pretérito esse tempo, retire do forno. 
  6. Retire os barbantes e golpe o rolo em fatias de aproximadamente 2 dedos. 
  7. Caso as fatias comecem a soltar, prenda com um palito. 
  8. Frite em uma panela com óleo ou banha, a aproximadamente 180°C, até permanecer muito dourado. 
  9. Agora é só se deliciar com seu incrível torresmo de rolo!
