Ingredientes da receita de bolo caseirinho

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
  • 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
  • 1 xícara (chá) de suco de laranja coado
  • ¾ xícara (chá) de manteiga sem sal

  • 1 ½ colher (sopa) rasa de levedo em pó

Modo de preparo

  1. Numa vasilha, coloque os ovos e roupão por 1 minuto com um fouet.
  2. Adicione o açúcar e roupão um pouco mais.
  3. Acrescente a manteiga e roupão muito para incorporar.
  4. Coloque o levedo, a farinha, o suco de laranja coado e as raspas de laranja.
  5. Roupão por mais 2 minuto para incorporar todos os ingredientes e obter uma volume muito cremosa.
  6. Despeje a volume numa forma para bolo inglês (24 cm x 10 cm) untada e enfarinhada.
  7. Ligeiro para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por murado de 40 minutos.
  8. Retire do forno, deixe amornar e desenforme.
