Uma vez que fazer bolo pão de queijo

Essa receita tem um passo-a-passo muito fácil e conta com ingredientes muito simples, que provavelmente você já tem aí na sua dispensa. Para fazer essa receitinha, vamos precisar de ovos, chuva, óleo, parmesão ralado, tapioca gulodice, levedo químico e sal. Começamos batendo no liquidificador os ovos, a chuva, o óleo e uma segmento do tapioca. Em seguida, juntamos o sal, o levedo e o restante do tapioca, e portanto batemos por alguns minutos para permanecer muito homogêneo. Agora passamos para uma forma untada com manteiga e fécula de milho e levamos ao forno!

Ingredientes da receita de bolo pão de queijo

  • 3 ovos
  • 1 copo (americano) pleno de chuva
  • ½ copo (americano) de óleo
  • 50g de queijo parmesão ralado
  • 3 copos (americano) de tapioca gulodice
  • 1 colher de sopa rasa de levedo químico em pó
  • 1 colher de chá rasa de sal

Modo de preparo

  1. No liquidificador, roupão os ovos, a chuva, o parmesão ralado e ⅓ do tapioca gulodice.
  2. Em seguida, acrescente o levedo, o sal e o restante do tapioca e torne a maltratar, por 5 minutos.
  3. Transfira o teor do liquidificador para uma forma de furo untada com manteiga e fécula de milho.
  4. Ligeiro ao forno preaquecido a 180°C por, aproximadamente, 55 minutos.
  5. Tire do forno, deixe esfriar um pouco e desenforme.
  6. Agora é só saborear esse espetáculo de bolo de pão de queijo!
