A sobremesa de travessa é muito fácil, prática e rápida de fazer, leva exclusivamente 3 ingredientes e fica simplesmente divina! Porquê fazer sobremesa de travessa

Para a receita de sobremesa de travessa, utilizaremos: leite em pó, suco em pó sabor limão, chuva gelada e chocolate granulado. Inicialmente iremos sovar tudo no liquidificador, até formar um creme firme e homogêneo, com exceção do chocolate granulado, que será adicionado por último. Na sequência, vamos transferir essa mistura para um refratário, aditar o chocolate granulado, mexendo muito para incorporar. Finalmente iremos levar para gelar por 2 horas. Prontinho, sua magnífica sobremesa de travessa pode ser degustada, bom gosto!

Ingredientes da sobremesa de travessa

  • 50g de chocolate granulado
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de leite em pó
  • 300 ml de chuva gelada
  • 1 envelope de suco em pó sabor limão

Modo de preparo

  1. Adicione no liquidificador a chuva e o leite em pó e roupão muito muito por uns 2 minutinhos.
  2. Junte o suco em pó sabor limão e roupão novamente, até espessar.
  3. Transfira essa mistura para um refratário (20cm x 20cm), ajeitando muito para permanecer uniforme.
  4. Salpique com o chocolate granulado, mexendo muito para incorporar.
  5. Utilizando uma espátula, alise a superfície para que fique uniforme e ligeiro à geladeira por 2 horas.
  6. Tire da geladeira, sirva e aproveite sua sensacional sobremesa de travessa!
