INGREDIENTES
Lasanha
- 600g de batata
- Sal a sabor
- 1 pacote de volume para lasanha pré-cozida (500g)
- 200g de presunto fatiado
- 200g de queijo muçarela fatiado
- 50g de queijo parmesão ralado
Molho branco
- 3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
- 4 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo
- 6 xícaras (chá) de leite
- 1 lata de creme de leite
- Sal, pimenta do reino a e noz-moscada ralada a sabor
O modo de preparo é muito simples e tenho certeza que se seguir ele passo a passo vai conseguir fazer sua receita , vai permanecer maravilhosa.
MODO DE PREPARO
- Primeiramente, cozinhe a batata em uma panela com chuva fervente e sal por 5 minutos, escorra, passe por um espremedor, tempere com sal e reserve.
- Portanto, para o molho, em uma panela, em queimação médio, derreta a manteiga e frite a farinha por 2 minutos, mexendo.
- Em seguida, adicione o leite, aos poucos, mexendo até espessar.
- Logo posteriormente, misture o creme de leite, sal, pimenta e noz-moscada.
- Portanto, em um refratário médio, intercale camadas de molho, de volume, de purê de batata, de presunto e de queijo, terminando em volume e molho.
