O pão com ovo virou uma tradição na gastronomia. É delicioso, simples, barato, dificilmente alguém não goste dessa iguaria. Dessa forma, cada um gosta do ovo feito de um jeito, com gema tenro ou dura, no lanche, ou misturado com um arroz e feijoeiro, frito, cozido, mexido, omelete, muito, tem de várias maneiras e ainda por cima lembra da nossa puerícia. INGREDIENTES
- 100 gramas de mussarela
- 100 gramas de presunto
- 2 colheres (sopa) de creme de leite
- 3 ovos
- pão

MODO DE PREPARO
- Primeiramente abra o pão em formato de canoa e reserve.
- Em seguida, pegue uma frigideira, ligeiro ao lume o ovo, o queijo, o creme de leite, o tomate e misture porquê um omelete.
- Por último, recheie o pão.
