Porquê fazer sobremesa de abacate com limão 

Para preparar sobremesa de abacate com limão vamos precisar de abacates, suco de limão, creme de leite e leite condensado. Iremos retirar a polpa dos abacates, colocar no liquidificador e maltratar com o restante dos ingredientes por 3 minutos. Na sequência vamos dispor em taças ou numa travessa, uma vez que preferir, levar para gelar por 2 horas, retirar da geladeira, decorar com raspas de limão e servir em seguida essa sensacional sobremesa de abacate com limão!

Ingredientes da receita de sobremesa de abacate com limão

  • 2 abacates 
  • Suco de 2 limões
  • 2 caixinhas de creme de leite
  • 2 latas de leite condensado
  • Raspas de limão para decorar (opcional)

Modo de preparo 

  1. Namoro os abacates ao meio, retire o caroço, e remova a polpa com o auxílio de uma colher.
  2. No liquidificador coloque a polpa dos abacates, o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o suco de limão.
  3. Roupão muito muito por tapume de 3 minutos até obter um creme fofo e homogêneo.
  4. Despeje essa mistura numa travessa, ou em taças. Ligeiro para gelar por 2 horas. 
  5. Retire da geladeira, decore com raspas de limão (opcional) e sirva em seguida essa maravilha de sobremesa de abacate com limão!
